Demo: Single Source

Genuine Single Source

Help & Manual has always been designed to output multiple formats. Now most help tools promise to do that... But what does it really take to be true single source?

Demo: New Topics

Inserting new chapters and topics

In Help & Manual, the table of contents and the topic editor are always visible side by side. This is a huge advantage when editing topics and inserting new ones. Because it saves you a lot of work.

Demo: Live Spelling and code formatting

Live spell checking and the syntax highlighter

The WYSIWYG topic editor has an integrated spell checker and supports live spell checking as you type. These are the red squiggly lines that you know from Microsoft Word.

Not so obvious but equally cool is the syntax highlighter for C++, Visual Basic, Pascal and other languages.

The syntax highlighter formats source code examples at the click of a button, recognizing reserved words, numbers, strings and comments. How long would it take you to do that manually?
